Stand in front of the Little Inuit.

Step 3

Use any Fish Hole highlighted in red to get a Fish.

Step 4

Stand in front of the Little Inuit again.

Step 5

Stand in front of the Little Racoon.

Step 6

Walk on the Ice Skating Patch near the waterfall. The penguin will appear.

Step 7

Stand in front of the Little Inuit again.

Step 8

Stand in front of the Babushka. You will receive a badge.
