Purchase the 2023 Habboween Lovelock from the store. You can buy this for 6 Credits and 10 Diamonds in the shop under Shop > Furni > Hot Now > Returning: 2023 Habboween Lovelock. Click the 2023 Habboween Lovelock then select “Use”. Next, select “Confirm” on the pop up. Both you and your friend have to confirm for the lovelock to be successfully done. You will receive a badge and a Neon Party Hat when done.

Note: You need to do 3 Lovelocks to complete the quest.
