You can carry up to 3 frogs at once, the green number above your head shows how many frogs you are currently carrying.

You will receive the first badge once you have caught 10 frogs in total:

Note: You do not need to catch 200 frogs during one game, the number of frogs you have caught is the total from all of your games, so it does not reset after every game. Say :count to check the total amount of frogs you’ve caught.
